  • Security Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card 24 hours before your arrival. This is not a charge, the amount will automatically disappear from your bank statement after your departure. A valid credit card number must be provided 3 days before your arrival.
  • Cleaning fee: A cleaning fee of $325 applies to all reservations.
  • Tаxеs: All reservations are subject to the Quebec accommodation tax (3.5%) as well as the QST/GST (14.975%).
  • Identification requirement: For insurance purposes, the person whose name appears on the reservation confirmation must provide a valid ID and sign the terms and conditions no later than 3 days prior to arrival. The information will be permanently deleted at the end of your stay.
  • Full Refund:
    • Reservations are 100% refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the initial booking confirmation–provided that the reservation was not made within 31 days prior to the arrival date.
    • Reservations are eligible for a full refund of the total amount up to 31 days prior to arrival.
  • Nоn-refundable: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling option: You may request to reschedule your reservation dates up to 31 days prior to arrival.
  • Processing fee: All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
La Bergerie is intended exclusively for private recreational use. Commercial activities, such as using the property as an event venue, for brand or product photoshoots, etc., are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. For any inquiries regarding commercial use, please contact us.
These cameras are installed solely for security purposes and are intended to protect guests, staff, and the property in the following areas:
  • Main entrance
  • Parking area
  • Backyard
Recordings will only be used in the event of a security incident or investigation and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws. By booking your stay, you acknowledge and agree to be filmed by these cameras.
  • Smoking: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $100 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
  • Pets: No pets are allowed inside the building or on the property.
  • Occupancy The number of guests must not exceed the advertised capacity (10 people).
  • Noise: Please keep noise levels at a conversational volume after 10:00 PM.
  • Sаunа, Steam Shower and Spа: must be used strictly in accordance with the provided instructions. Do not leave children unattended.
  • Fireplace: must be used as directed and turned off when not in use.

You are responsible for your conduct and that of any guest you welcome at La Bergerie. This includes:

  • Respecting all the rules listed above.
  • Leaving La Bergerie in the same condition as upon arrival.
  • Covering reasonable costs related to any damage caused to La Bergerie or its property.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and municipal regulations.

By booking and staying at La Bergerie,you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with your access to and use of the property. This includes, without limitation, the risks of loss, theft, illness, bodily injury, disability, or death.
